Reward Music

"Man Your Stations" is a song I wrote using an Air Raid Siren as the inspiration. It's actually used as a recurring sound/theme throughout the track. The song came about because my friend David Lee from Signal Snowboards does a YouTube series called Cardboard Sessions. He made cardboard instruments and asked different musicians to play them and he films the result. So far they have cardboard drums, bass guitar, guitars, and a Wurlitzer piano. We used them all on this song and filmed a live performance of us playing it. (We also did a session with Daru Jones playing the cadrboard drums at my studio.)

One other thing of note is that I composed the song with Atmos in mind and we did some interesting stuff during the recording process. We had people moving around the room and moving to different stations, hence the name "Man Your Stations."
