"How do you do this?"
Simply go into the admin of your site and select the “Site” tab, and select “Settings.”

Then click on the “Store” tab and scroll down until you see the Quickbooks logo and click the green “Connect” button.

Then simply answer the questions that Quickbooks will ask you to link your accounts (you only have to do this once) and you are done. All of your financial transactions are now automatically loaded into your Quickbooks account.
